Friday will be noticeably cooler after the passage of a cold front. The day will start with frost, especially in higher valleys and in clear conditions. However, the weather will improve considerably. At first, the sun will really come into its own and shine undisturbed in places, before the clouds gradually increase again as the day progresses. Temperatures will remain subdued at the weekend. No great leaps upwards are to be expected – quite the opposite. The north-westerly wind will probably bring a relatively large number of denser clouds, which may also cause some precipitation. Snow will fall down to near 1500 meters above sea level in places. Late winter will once again give a strong sign of life. The sun will only appear occasionally and in some areas. There will be a slight upward trend in the new week.
